Our Development Journey
The WakahChan project is meticulously planned to unfold in four distinct phases, each designed to enhance the community and its surroundings. Our phased approach ensures a seamless integration of amenities and living spaces, providing an unparalleled living experience.
PHASE 1
The initial phase includes the construction of 20 houses, 30 apartments, and the offering of 10 lots. Key amenities such as a restaurant, school, and spa will also be established to serve the community.
PHASE 2
This phase will expand the residential options with additional houses and apartments, while introducing new recreational facilities and green spaces.
PHASE 3
The third phase focuses on enhancing the community infrastructure, including advanced security systems, healthcare facilities, and expanded commercial areas.
PHASE 4
The final phase will complete the development with luxury villas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and exclusive retail outlets, ensuring that WakahChan Estate remains a premier destination for holistic living.

November 2023
Sourcing location, MasterPlan, raising the Startup Capital
Since December 2023 we have been raising the necessary capital in order to prepare the Masterplan for realizing WakahChan. Also, we have carefully selected our Team Members who are all purpose driven teamplayers with a proven track record
Q1 2024
Sourcing location, MasterPlan, raising the Startup Capital
After we have carefully selected the perfect location, we will conduct the feasibility study and due diligence. Furthermore, we will make all the concept and final designs after assessing the land (topographical study, ecological study, differences in heights, water resources etcetera). During this time, we will also raise the necessary funds.
Q3 2024
Starting the Sales
In the third quarter of 2024 we will start the sales with a Family&Friends period. Then, WakahChan will open the sales to the general public.
Q1/Q2 2025
Preparing the Land and Construction
In this phase, we will prepare the land for construction and we will start with building the infrastructure for WakahChan, like roads, water- and electricity, green areas.
2026
Building facilities and first homes, apartments and lots
On the basis of our MasterPlan, we will work out the planning of the phases of construction.
